Our Procedure

Once we have received job description by our client and we have a thorough understanding of the requirements we will begin our search.  We utilize our large internal database of candidates accumulated over decades, as well as our unique and very large commission-based third party network of technical sales professionals active in the field, and if necessary, one of the many online job boards to source our candidates.  Or if a client is interested, we will lend one of our expert consultants to them for as long or short a period as they need, for whatever variable number of weekly hours they need.

At the request of our client we will be involved throughout the interview process and will provide any assistance in terms of facilitating phone, video, or on-site visits, travel arrangements, technical interviews, etc.

 

If offer of employment is extended, at the request of employer Gyga Force will conduct full background check including employment check, education check, criminal history check, references check, etc.  We stand by our clients and candidates through full probation period for any and all assistance.
