We provide technical consulting, recruiting, temporary, and temp to hire services.  Our recruiting is contingency fee based on the hired candidates starting annual salary with 90 day guarantee, and our consulting and temporary services are hourly and project based.

Technical Staffing & Recruiting:

• Direct Hire Recruiting - Contingency based recruiting based on hired candidates' first annual salary with 90 day guarantee.  

• Retained Search - Contingency fee based recruiting with retainer.  Our client pays us a portion of the contingency fee and we assign a recruiter to work on finding candidates for the position on a dedicated, full-time basis.  

• Contract Employment - Employee will be on Gyga Force payroll as an hourly employee, performing work for client.  Client pays contractors hourly fee plus a staffing markup.

• Contract-to-Hire  - Candidate works for client as hourly employee and is on Gyga Force payroll.  Client reserves the right to hire the contractor as full time employee at any time.

• Consulting Services - Consulting employee of Gyga Force provides services for employer for short or long term projects.  Client can terminate contract at any time.

Technical Design Services:

• IC/FPGA Design:  We offer comprehensive design solutions for integrated circuits, encompassing digital, analog, and mixed-signal components. Our team utilizes cutting-edge tools and methodologies to ensure high-performance, power-efficient designs that meet the specific requirements of diverse applications.

• Hardware Development:  Our hardware development services include end-to-end board design, starting from initial concept through to the final printed circuit board (PCB) production. We specialize in utilizing a range of processors and microcontrollers, from 8-bit to 32-bit architectures, to create robust and efficient systems tailored to your project needs.

• Verification and Testing:  Our verification and testing services involve rigorous processes to ensure that designs meet their specifications and function correctly in real-world conditions. We employ a combination of simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and thorough validation techniques to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.
